Thank You For Your Kindness

Allen Hooper is the Founder & Executive Director of Thank You For Your Kindness (TY4YK), a Nashville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission of kindness and service.  Their flagship program, Project 1x1, conducts street outreach, helps navigate resources, and provides one-on-one mentorship and support to people experiencing homelessness in Nashville/Davidson County.  With their mobile outreach unit they provide meals, clothes, hygiene kits and other essential items for survival.  Allen's own lived experience with homelessness - and one act of kindness that changed his life forever - led him to establish TY4YK in order to be an advocate for compassionate change and make a lasting impact on the hearts and lives of those in need.
