Women's Self Defense Workshop (Free)

Description

Premier Martial Arts is offering a Women's Self Defense Workshop - May 15 @ 10 AM in Red Caboose Park, This event is free and open to all who RSPV!  Our instructors will teach practical techniques to avoid capture, escape and fight back in dangerous situations including attempted abduction, attempted sexual assault, etc.  This is recommended for ages 14+ (w/ parents present for teenagers.)
