Leslie will address something many of us are experiencing but may not even be aware of, DECISION FATIGUE.

As working women, we are already juggling so much - our jobs, our personal responsibilities, our personal self-care, our families, being mothers, sisters, friends, daughters, partners, spouses, community leaders, and volunteers just to name a few! This pandemic has thrown a seemly unlimited amount of extra decisions and choices in our laps, making it hard for some of us to focus and pay attention, taxing our short-term and working memory. Many of us are worried, feel overwhelmed and are downright exhausted!

We are sure most of us can relate to having to chase a moving target and constantly deal with high-level thought processes and decision making. This constant brain activity can cause exhaustion, depression and anxiety. Our minds are only made to deal with so much bandwidth, and Leslie will give us tips to combat Decision Fatigue and its effects.
