Are you excited for sweater weather and all things fall? Join us at Stephens Valley for a Fall Festival on October 27th from 12p – 5p to kick off HomeFest 2018. We’ve planned activities the whole family will enjoy, from live music, pumpkin painting, and cornhole, to food trucks, pony rides, snow cones, balloon artists, and more! What better way to get acquainted with our community than to immerse yourself in our family-oriented fun? While you’re here, plan on exploring a few of our innovative, unique home designs and prepare to never want to leave.
