With over twenty years of dedicated public service to the residents of Nashville in various roles within the police department, Commander Proctor possesses the qualifications necessary to lead operations at the West Precinct effectively. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Belmont University and a Master's Degree from the University of Nevada.
