Participate in the 2020 Virtual LUNG FORCE Run/Walk on your own time. Choose to complete your race in one trip, or spread it out over the entire month for an extra challenge.
Location
Virtual - Complete your run or walk around your neighborhood, at a nearby park or greenway, on the treadmill, or in your home. Get creative!
Fees/Admission
There is a $25 registration fee for walkers and runner. Participants will receive a commemorative 2020 LUNG FORCE Run/Walk medal, a digital race bib, and a certificate of completion after the race.

From June 1st - June 30th the American Lung Association of Tennessee encourages you to head outdoors to one of the many beautiful trails throughout Nashville for your Virtual LUNG FORCE Run/Walk. Same mission, just a different place to run or walk.
The 2020 Virtual LUNG FORCE Run/Walk Nashville gives participants the opportunity to run or walk 1 mile, a 5K, 10K, or 1/2 marathon throughout the entire month of June. Complete your race all in one trip or spread it out over the entire month to challenge yourself!
Now more than ever the American Lung Association needs your support! Please join the virtual community of runners and walkers supporting lung health research throughout June. Help us find a cure for COVID-19 and other lung diseases that affect our community.
